Journalism experts discuss Cronkite and history of U.S. media

Northeastern University journalism professors Charles Fountain and Dan Kennedy recently sat down to discuss the life of legendary reporter Walter Cronkite, and the evolution of media in America. Never before have people been able to get news from such a variety of sources. As the news landscape continues to shift, traditional forms of journalism face an uncertain future—quite a departure from the days of Cronkite as the trusted network anchor. Here, Professors Fountain and Kennedy talk about the history of journalism and the course on which it is headed
